- Gameplay Progress & Local Persistence: High scores, medal achievements (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum), and player preference settings are stored locally on your device using
localStorage or IndexedDB.
- Session State: Information regarding session revives and rewarded ad state is stored locally on your device during gameplay.
- Personal Identifiable Information (PII): We do not collect your name, email address, physical address, phone number, or social media accounts.
- Precise Geolocation: We do not collect or track precise GPS location data.
- Microphone or Camera Data: The Game utilizes web audio synthesis via the Web Audio API (
AudioContext) and programmatic canvas graphics. We do not access or record audio or video from your device.
We use the information collected for the following operational, analytical, and commercial purposes:
- Game Functionality: To maintain local high scores, save gameplay state, and provide retro audio and rendering features.
- Monetization & Advertising: To serve non-intrusive top/bottom banner advertisements and rewarded video advertisements for in-game continuations/revives.
- Analytics & Performance Monitoring: To monitor game stability, analyze collision physics/frame rate performance across hardware models, and diagnose software bugs or crashes.

- Local Storage: Gameplay scores, session states, and localized settings remain on your device until you clear the application data, clear local browser storage, or uninstall the Application.

6. Your Rights & Choices (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)

- Right to Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising: You can restrict advertising tracking via your mobile operating system settings.
